I own a HMO property in South Somerset.
I employed The Property Dressers to furnish our 4 rooms after feeling overwhelmed at the time it would take to do it myself or oversee someone doing it for me personally.
I left the design and furniture completely to Nietta, who did the most amazing job and set up the whole house within a week. She even sent me all the professional photos they had taken, which relieved me of the cost of hiring a photographer myself.
All in all, with the time, effort, stress and money saved, I will use them again and again as I procure more property.

They staged beautofullt, within just a day and my cottage sold just 8 days later.
They were professional, tidy and the furnishing and removal were done without me needing to be there (as the property is 200 miles from me!)
Highly recommend if you’re looking to sell.

I bought my first house flip in Basingstoke and after one month on the market with no interest, the property dressers staged it and it sold in 6 days. They did a great job and were fast and professional staging and at removal.

January 27, 2024 at 10:00 amWe have recently sold our family home and my wife insisted we use a home stager when listing our home. I can’t say I was convinced it was necessary, however after Ben and Nietta came and set the house up I understood the reason people invest in the service.
The house looked fantastic, sold quickly and even our estate agent commented on how useful it was.
Definitely recommends if you’re selling a home.
