    Jason combines his intuitive vision and Serviced Accommodation setup & management experience, creating a comprehensive design package to enhance your profit.

    We practice what we preach - delivering and refining the principles offered from our design service, through hosting our own portfolio of accommodation - Bicocca Stays.

    BRIEF

    • After initial contact we define the goals for the project
    • Pictures, videos and floorplans/dimensions will need to be provided by you

    BUDGET

    • Budget will be discussed, drafted and approved

    CONCEPT DEVELOPEMENT

    • Concept boards will be developed with style, colour and furniture ideas/layouts - to be approved

    VISUALS

    • Mood boards, floorplans and 3D designs will be created to visualise your space
    • Furniture list will be delivered with links to purchase

    IMPLEMENTATION

    • Decorating, style and stage guide will be provided for clear instructions to trades
    • Guidance and confidence in bringing everything together - ready to steal the spotlight with professional photos
