Description
Fabienne is a Property Stylist specialised in designing short term rentals and HMOs. She is a LNPG partner and international award winner.
Her vision is simple: Create places where people want to be!
She offers a service to create rooms from a blank canvas or refresh properties to make them seen. She works remotely using floorplan and photos.
The process she follows can be adapted to every project:
- Colour scheme – to attract target market. A visual is presented with accent colour and paint as well as few furniture to capture the look and feel of the rooms
2. Decorating plan – Visuals show each room painted with all the details for the decorator to know what to do
3. Shopping list – Room visuals are provided with all the items to give a good idea of the finished article. Excel spreadsheet is created split per room with all the references, details and link for clients to purchase.
4. Virtual staging – Prior to the photoshoot, she check through photos/videos that the property is presented ready for photos.
For investors who are also interested in learning the process and tools to create rooms that attract more, she also offers an online course.

We chose Fabienne as I loved seeing her work on Facebook and some of the beautiful designs she had created for others.
She was so lovely to work with and I wouldn’t hestitate to reccommend her fantastic services to anybody…
As it was a first for us to work alongside a designer I wasn’t too sure how it would pan out but Fabienne was on hand to offer assistance at any point through out the journey and the end result was fabulous!

Fabienne went out of her in delivering and making sure everything was done spent extract time on the project even when she has completed her job. She a always want to make sure everything is done perfectly. Fabienne is really great and one of the best interior designers I have ever met and we look forward to doing the next project with you.

Fabienne was a dream to work with, she listened to our ideas carefully and took the lead straight away in helping us bring our mood boards to life, in a better way than we could have ever imagined 🤩
She is extremely talented, creative and decisive and has a real eye for interiors, choosing furnishings we would never have thought of ourselves which tied in so perfectly with our theme 🧡🖤

January 17, 2023 at 4:58 pmI have worked with Fabienne on a couple of Serviced Accommodation projects over the last 12 months. I was able to bring her in early in the projects when we were still building which allowed us to complete the build with the end design in mind.
Fabienne’s passion and excitement for the projects was fantastic and I believe we have delivered truly stunning results in both cases.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fabienne if you are considering the services of an interior designer to make your property stand out!

I needed help with colour scheme and she delivered big time! My SA is getting lots of attention because of her design and lots of compliments. It makes the property stand out from the rest. She guided me through the colour and paint choices, she considered absolutely every factor and helped me achieve harmony and the exact look I was after. With Fabienne it was easy and she was always on hand with answers about style or placement when things did not look right. And because of this everyone if my 70 reviews has 5* and mentions the amazing interiors. Fabienne was more than a stress free investment, she was a delight to work with. I would absolutely recommend her.

There was so many ups and downs, but Fabienne was excellent to work with start to finish.
I was very particular in how we wanted the finish and I wasn’t the easiest person to work with, but Fabienne never once complained and just got stuck in.
Fabienne went above and beyond, and for someone that did not visit the site did a phenomenal job.

We worked together on a new apartment we were taking on to manage and it looks really great. We get lots of compliments! With new listings we find they can take a while to find their feet, but bookings came flying in straight away, despite being out of season. I look forward to working with Fabienne again on the next project!
