July 7, 2023 at 3:05 pmWe hired a hot tub from these guys and they were absolutely amazing 🥰 the hot tub named Frank was super clean, angharad and Joe made everything super easy for us, and the installation guys were amazing. They even came back by on another day to drop off some rubber ducks for the kids. We had 2 very heartbroken children when Frank had to go home. We would highly recommend these guys.
Ignore the 1 star review, they’ve obviously made an account out of spite to cause a detrimental effect.

July 12, 2023 at 3:02 pmI visited the Lydney shop, I was looking to buy a smallish tub. It was really nice to be able to look around, have my questioned answered and most importantly no hard sale. I ended up opting for a 5 seater + lounger, the colouring inside the tub is stunning. This tub has a couple of extras ie speakers and ice bucket. Not that important but a nice features. Installation was very quick and went smoothly. I did have one small issue and Joe visited after I finished work, wasn’t expecting a visit at 7pm to resolve the issue. Tub checked and all in working order, faulty outside socket which Joe replaced free of charge.
If you want to deal with someone face to face I highly recommend them.
So many positives to list a few, no hard sale, you can actually see what you are buying and even have a dip if you want to try before you buy. Parking outside the shop. Quick to respond to questions. Being able to pop into the shop is a big plus, you can’t do that if you buy the product on line.
They do say you pay for what you get, if you want expert advice, second to non customer service this is the place to visit.

Very helpful again when we wet tested a hot tub and then decided to purchase the ex display model.
The install team were very professional and got it set up quickly and explained all the controls.
Unfortunately after about 6 weeks of loving the tub and using it almost every day, we discovered a leak, but the benefit of buying from a local company was that they sent someone out the next day, and found and fixed the issue of a loose pipe quickly.
I would definitely recommend this company, the after sales service is fantastic, we definitely feel like our hot tub is in safe hands with this company.
