We have a bed showroom and were aiming to attract more luxury brands to work with and display. To do this, we wanted to completely refurbish the showroom and we needed help creating a vision for the new look.
Jo came to visit and immediately suggested changes/ideas with ways to improve the showroom, starting with the layout. She later backed up her thoughts with models which gave us an opportunity to compare ideas and really see how the new showroom could look. She educated us on the importance of creating a “feel” within our showroom and she achieved this by sourcing/recommending interior touches – which saved us a considerable amount of time and really helped the overall look of the showroom.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jo to anyone selling a home, or needing an interior make over. She really knows her stuff and helped us to understand the rationale behind the colours, products, locations.
For anyone questioning whether or not they need interior design assistance – stop thinking and call Jo.. You’ll be glad you did!

I contacted Jo on a Tuesday having already engaged an estate agent – and booked a photographer and viewings for the coming Friday. To say she turned the property around in 3 days is an understatement. When she came into the house it was over furnished, over cluttered and devoid of colour and warmth (I had perhaps overindulged in the use of grey and white!).
Jo was simply amazing at seeing a room, giving clear and precise instructions on what needed to change as well as just getting on with it. Her 3d models were a real aid to describing what needed to be done within the spaces of my home. She explained which bits of my furniture needed to be rehomed and why, never making me feel like it was down to my bad taste.
Also her supplementary decorative pieces have added such a great warmth and colour to the rooms – it has almost made me reconsider moving! Jo is friendly and professional but also understands that sometimes you need to live in the house you’re selling so is quick to create alternative approaches when her initial suggestion can’t work with your lifestyle (or the fact the sofa will not fit in the loft!).
I cannot recommend Jo and Staged and Sold enough – the property went from on the market to under offer within 4 days. If you are considering whether a home stager is worth the expense -don’t waste time thinking any further – they are worth their weight in gold. Siobhan – selling a 3 bed house in SW London

She supplied everything to make the flat look sensational. It was about getting the viewings, and it did. Jo was always contactable when I was unsure of anything or wanted to change anything.
