    3. Registration and Account Security

    • Users are responsible for safeguarding their account details and password.
    • Any unauthorized use or breach must be promptly reported to us.

    4. Services

    • Property Design Hub facilitates connections between property investors and design experts.
    • We do not guarantee or endorse the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of services provided by design professionals listed.

    5. Listings and Fees

    • Design experts are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of their listings.
    • A fee is required for professionals to be listed on our platform. The specifics of the fee structure can be found in our Package section.
    • Listings are active for a specific duration, after which renewal fees may apply.
    • We reserve the right to modify, remove any listings that contravenes our guidelines or reject the one that don’t meet our criteria

    6. Payments

    • All fees related to listings on our platform are non-refundable.
    • Payments shall be made in GBP via the methods specified on our platform.

    7. Reviews & Feedback

    • Users can provide feedback based on their experience.
    • We reserve the right to remove or edit reviews deemed false, defamatory, or inappropriate.

    8. Termination

    • Accounts that violate our terms may face suspension or termination.
    • Professionals with terminated accounts may not be entitled to any refunds.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    • Property Design Hub shall not be held responsible for any disputes, damages, or misrepresentations between users.

    10. Intellectual Property

    • All content, logos, graphics, and other intellectual properties belong to Property Design Hub unless otherwise credited.

    11. Governing Law & Disputes

    • These terms and any related actions or disputes will be governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales.
    • Parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Loughborough.

    12. Changes to the Terms

    • We reserve the right to modify these terms as needed. Continued use after modification signifies acceptance.
