Speaking to ‘Manager’ Nick who swore down the phone at me multiple times. When pressed why swearing, apologised but asked to speak to complaints team which he did not do and line was terminated.
Not good enough and do not appreciate being swore at when speaking with a business. Unprofessional at the highest order.
I would advise Nick needs dismissing asap so no other customer has to experience this.

No care was taken when moving furniture, they left damage to the property and didn’t even mention it. They left parts of the old bed throughout my apartment block. The bed also arrived with a missing part.

October 14, 2023 at 4:09 pmI won’t order for my properties in Manchester anymore so long as there remains a £40 plus vat delivery charge. I don’t mind paying for installation and recycling but if you add it all together it’s £105 plus vat on top of the purchase price.

The employees are always smiling and happy to help, so yours must be a happy workplace.
Meiksha and Josh have been extremely accommodating and helpful every time I visited, updating with new products, and so thank you for being you, for your spot-on pieces of advice, fantastic customer service and also for your trendy and exciting household pieces of furniture and other products.
The prices are certainly affordable and the products are of excellent quality, and the customer service is commendable.
All-around exciting, excellent, affordable and highly recommended is this Loft outlet store.
