The result was an attractive and presentable look that showed off the property at its best. May 7, 2023 at 11:58 amAbsolutely brilliant service from Boryana and team at Staged Homes Co. We enlisted Boryana to stage our vacant central london property to prepare it for sale having found them online. They did a beautiful job and the apartment looks absolutely fantastic.
Communication from the outset was clear, fast and precise. I asked for small changes to the initial proposal and it was dealt with rapidaly and we booked them in a few days later for installation.
They selected all furniture, artwork and accessories carefully and staged the apartment beautifully. The furniture quality was high and they thoughtfully laid it out to make best use of the space. We had a small issue with parking on our side and the team dealt with it with no problem or fuss. Hassle free service, good value service – a pleasure to deal with start to finish. I have no doubt the work they’ve done will really help buyers see the true potential in our home!

December 7, 2023 at 12:01 pmThis is the first time we have used staging to assist in the sale of a property. It immediately gave us a boost in numbers of viewings as soon as photographs of the installation were added on line.
We had prices from others, but the professionalism of Boryana was superior giving us complete trust in her design. So much so, as soon as a sale was agreed on this property we asked her to design a second property. Needless to say we had a second stunning result. Two down and two more will be done in the new year. My thanks to Boryana and her team. Ask her to show you our photos.

Boryana was quick to respond to my query, send a good quote to and was flexible about what to include. They went in a week later, organised everything without needing me, and literally transformed the property and I had accepted a good offer a week later.
